Shipping policy

Order Processing 

- Orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon) India time will be processed and shipped within 3 business days, excluding holidays.  

- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed within 4 business days, excluding holidays.  

- Orders made on holidays or weekends will be shipped within 4 business days.  

- In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, unusual demand), shipping times may be delayed.  

- Shipments typically occur within 3-4 business days, but delays outside our control may extend this time without prior notice.  

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

- We ship through reputable courier partners, and you can track your order on https://ovii.in/.  

- Signature proof may not be available for all deliveries. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package. If not, the package may be left at the delivery address at the carrier’s discretion.  

Coupon Codes

- Coupon codes are valid until deactivated by Ovii Masale and are limited to one per person.  

- Valid for consumers in India only, and cannot be applied to shipping, handling, or taxes.  

- Ovii Masale reserves the right to modify or end the offer at any time.  

General 

- https://ovii.in/ ensures timely order fulfillment. However, if a package is returned for any reason, the customer is still responsible for the original shipping fees.  

- In case of package refusal or return, a refund will be issued for the order amount, excluding shipping and handling fees. Product exchanges are not accepted. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.  

- When placing orders, provide your complete street address, including pin code and nearest landmark.  

- We use multiple shipping carriers based on shipment type and destination.  

Free Shipping Offer

- Shipping fees apply to all orders, regardless of value, delivered anywhere within India.  

- For a limited time, discounts on shipping fees (up to 100%) may be offered. These discounts will be displayed on the product page, offers page, or at checkout.  

- Free standard shipping is automatically applied after discounts and before taxes and handling fees.  

- Ovii Masale may modify or end this offer at any time.  

- The offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit.  

- In case of a refund, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.  

Shipping Cost

- Domestic standard shipping costs Rs 40 per 500 gms of packaged product.  

- Any special handling fees will be reflected at checkout.
